Mimi’s Hot Spot for the Week

My hot spot for this week is “Chant” in Hyde Park. Chant is upscale dining restaurant that serves Asian Cuisine. This restaurant gives an intimate feel whether you on a date or enjoying an evening with the ladies. Looking forward to my ladies night out this evening and starting it off right at Chant!

Mimi’s Hot Pick for the Week

Lavender scents including candles and oils is my hot pick for the week. Lavender can be used in a nice hot bath. Lavender spray is great for your pillows and for a romantic evening at home. Lavender oils are a good for massages to loosen tension and anxiety. The scent is so relaxing and helps stimulate the your physically if you in a certain mood.

Quick Health Tip

Use Nature’s Way Leg Veins if you experience issues with broken veins to help restore your skins natural glow. I’ve been using this now for a few weeks and I am noticing the different in my legs. Also, Vitamin K is a great source for your legs and there are creams available to help as well.
If you experience a low level of calcium then you should take calcium and magnesium vitamins. Remember that you CANNOT maintain your calcium level without magnesium.

Coconut water is a good source of potassium and I feel a difference each time I drink it.

Thanks for your support!

Sincerely,

Mimi D.
