   Everyone that’s into fashion craves the absolute newest and hottest looks. Business partners Terri Jeanette Sanders and Michelle Lynn Washington have the experience to guide you through your shopping journey.

    Terri manages all aspects of marketing for the brand and oversees accessory trends as well as buying. In addition, she coordinates the social media and office operations for the business. Terri has worked in Strategic Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Sales for 9 years, obtaining leadership and management skills that naturally lend themselves to free enterprise.      

     Passionate about her craft, Terri has spent the past 10 years providing image consulting to colleagues, family and friends. This work has honed a keen ability to adapt fashion- trends and classics- for the individual’s lifestyle. As an avid believer that fashion is the ultimate form of self-expression, she teaches others that their personal style introduces them to the world, painting a picture of who they are and what they represent.

    Growing up, Terri never went to school without a pristine uniform, ironed three to four times to make sure the creases were exactly right. As she re/defined her own personal style, Terri choose to blend feminine elements into classic men’s pieces for a signature look she calls the quintessential tomboy. Today, she brings the same devotion to detail and fearless approach to style to pWb.

   Terri holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science and Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan. She has a certification in Multichannel Marketing Communications from DePaul University and enjoys singing, skydiving and is always ready to shop. Michelle handles all merchandising and purchasing for pWb, along with managing client/vendor relationships as well as brand science. Since the age of 12, Michelle has been designing and sewing, learning hands on how to outfit a person’s style profile. She believes that the process is a combination of understanding body types, personal wardrobe rules and budget against knowing fabrics, cuts and experiential elements. Michelle has helped many individuals define their signature style. Michelle is a Director of Sales for a top retail corporation and with her experience she has cultivated and managed many strategic relationships.

     Michelle is no stranger to entrepreneurship. Prior to pWb, she began The Eminence Group, a concierge firm which taught her the importance of staying true to your personal legend. Michelle exceeded first year profits forecasts by 18% and by the time she dissolved the company, its net worth was in the 6 figure range.

     Michelle received her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts from Lake Forest College and enjoys extreme sports, traveling and of course, sewing in her spare time. Michelle’s personal quote is below and I believe that it’s quite unique.
